    pound ground turkey

    cup cooked cooked brown rice or regular long-grain white rice

  • 1

    each egg

  • 3/4

    teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed

  • 1/2

    teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4

    teaspoon black pepper

  • 1

    jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce or Tomato, Basil & Garlic Italian Sauce

How to Make It

    Mix the turkey, rice, egg, oregano, garlic powder and black pepper thoroughly in a medium bowl.  Shape the turkey mixture firmly into 25 meatballs.

    Heat the sauce in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through.
