Stromboli gets a makeover with these Italian-style wraps. Warm flour tortillas are spread with a savory tomato sauce and wrapped around a filling of salami, capicola, shredded cheese and roasted red peppers. Less than 15 minutes in the oven results in golden wraps that are chock full of incredible flavor.

What You'll Need

    jar (24 ounces) Prego® Traditional Italian Sauce or Prego Marinara Italian Sauce, heated OR Prego® Roasted Garlic & Herb Italian Sauce

    (10-inch) flour tortillas, warmed

  • 2

    cup shredded Italian cheese blend (about 8 ounces)

  • 5

    ounce salami, thinly sliced

  • 6

    ounce capicola or ham, thinly sliced

  • 1/2

    cup roasted red bell pepper, cut into strips

How to Make It

    Heat the oven to 400° F.  Spray a baking sheet with the cooking spray.

    Spread 1/4 cup sauce on each tortilla to within 1 inch of the edge.  Sprinkle each with 1/2 cup cheese.  Divide the salami, ham and roasted peppers among the tortillas.  Fold two opposite sides in 2 inches over the filling.  Starting at the bottom, roll up to enclose the filling.  Place the wraps, seam-side down, onto the baking sheet.

    Bake for 12 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown.  Let the wraps cool on the baking sheet on a wire rack for 5 minutes.  Serve with the remaining sauce for dipping.
